Promotional Assessments


The key to any successful public safety department is promoting the right individual to lead a department, shift or unit. First and second line supervisors are just as important as the Chief when it comes to delivering your department’s message to line officers and the community. Our promotional assessments are designed to look at the specific needs of your agency and select the best person(s) for promotion. We realize that each agency is different; that is why we take the time to review your job descriptions, talk to current employees and supervisors (or other key personnel), and review the day to day duties required to successfully perform at the rank in question.

We understand the need to have a fair and objective process. It is our belief that we have two customers for this process: the hiring agency and the candidate. Your candidates will be treated fairly and will have the opportunity to ask questions regarding the assessment process.
