If you decide to act on the results of the survey, be sure to announce what action is to be taken, when it will be taken and who is responsible. For actions that are in the planning or development stage, be sure to announce the completion target date and who is responsible. For actions that require additional research, announce why, who is responsible and the target completion date. It is perfectly acceptable to take no action – just announce that no action will be taken and explain why.
